Nick Richards, CEO of Me Learning comments “The date for GDPR compliance is fast approaching. We are always looking for new opportunities to partner with organisations so that we can offer an all- encompassing solution for GDPR compliance. This made InfoSaaS an ideal partner for us. Through their tailored solutions their customers can now readily supplement their implementation with GDPR e-learning. Me Learning has worked with specialist data privacy lawyers, Clayden Law, to develop our GDPR e-learning suite – details of which can be found on our website (www.melearning.co.uk/gdpr)”.

Abeed Janmohamed, Commercial Director of InfoSaas added “We are really excited to be working with Me Learning as its approach to GDPR compliance is well thought through and complements our own market-leading position in providing effective information security and data protection solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are sure that this new relationship will be a positive experience for us and our valued customers”.

EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is new data protection legislation that comes into force throughout all 28 countries of the European Union on 25 May 2018. It places more robust data protection obligations on organisations who process citizen personal data, which brings existing data protection law up-to-date with today’s modern, digital age. Organisations should be preparing to comply – not least because their valued customers will demand it, but also with one eye on the hefty penalties which may be levied for non-compliance. The prospect of a €20 million fine should be sufficient incentive for making sure that GDPR compliance is properly achieved.

The partnership between Me Learning and InfoSaas is now effective – for further details please contact info@infosaas.com or info@melearning.co.uk.
